Rice Creek Elementary School is a state-of-the-art facility that opened in August 1993. The school provides a rich instructional program that includes language arts, math, science, social studies, art, music, physical education, Spanish and other enrichment activities. The instructional program is enhanced through the integrated use of technology; computers and Smart Boards are available in each classroom and in the school’s computer lab. Students are involved daily in experiences that are designed to accommodate various learning styles and require high level thinking, hands-on learning and cooperative work among students.
