Ms. Partin is currently serving as Mayor for the City of Cayce, SC. She has taught for the School of Public Health at USC from 1997 until present. She also served as the Associate Director for Pre-Professional Advising at USC from '98 - 2001. Elise has been the Director of Campus Wellness Programs for USC.

She has received numbers awards and participated in a vast number of community organizations invloved in health promotion, the arts, The Chamber of Commerce, women's issues and others.
