Yoga InstructorCareer beginnings were as a group fitness instructor in Springfield Missouri, 1987. Hatha Yoga certified in Atlanta Georgia, 2004. Group fitness & yoga certifications from AFAA, Aerobic & Fitness Association of America. Yoga education continued in Palm Beach, Florida where a variety of yoga styles were explored, to include the unique Ana Forrest/ Forrest Yoga, Anusara, Kripalu and Vinyasa yoga styles. In addition to teaching yoga classes, Shell Marie had the distinct privilege of working with the Miami Dolphins during their Super Bowl hosting year of 2006-07. She has enjoyed teaching her own "InsideOut" style of yoga in studios, fitness facilities, hospital wellness centers and corporations such as Florida Power & Light Co. & PGA National Resort.
