The images below are intended to help you understand the
process that you need to go through to check your postage
charges using the On-Demand system.
Step 1
Click on "Test Web Login" at the bottom of the left
side navigation.
Step 2
Enter your Userid And Password in the appropriate boxes and
click on the "Sign On" button.
Step 3
Select "E750738M - Postage Bill" from the dropbox
and then click on "Open
Folder".
Step 4
Enter your department account number (eg. 15200) in the "DEPT-FUND" textbox,
then click on the "Perform Search" button. Ignore the
small dropbox between "DEPT-FUND" and the textbox
where you enter your account number.
Step 5
Locate the fund number that you want to review and then click
on the corresponding "View" link in the left hand
column labeled"Selections".
Step 6
Review the postage charged to the fund by using the navigation
bar at the bottom of the screen.
Step 7
When you have finished reviewing the charges you can either
quit the browser or use the "Back" button to select
another fund to review. There is no need to logout.
