HOW TO CHECK YOUR POSTAGE CHARGES
USING THE ON-DEMAND SYSTEM

Follow the link provided on on the Business Office homepage to check your postage charges.

The images below are intended to help you understand the process that you need to go through to check your postage charges using the On-Demand system.

Step 1
Click on "Test Web Login" at the bottom of the left side navigation.

Enter your Userid And Password in the appropriate boxes and click on the "Sign On" button.

Select "E750738M - Postage Bill" from the dropbox and then click on "Open Folder".

Enter your department account number (eg. 15200) in the "DEPT-FUND" textbox, then click on the "Perform Search" button. Ignore the small dropbox between "DEPT-FUND" and the textbox where you enter your account number.

Locate the fund number that you want to review and then click on the corresponding "View" link in the left hand column labeled"Selections".

Review the postage charged to the fund by using the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.

When you have finished reviewing the charges you can either quit the browser or use the "Back" button to select another fund to review. There is no need to logout.
