HOW TO CHECK YOUR TELEPHONE STATEMENT

The images below are intended to help you understand the
process that you need to go through to check your telephone
bill.

Step 1
Click on the link entitled "Department Portal"

Step 2
Enter you Username and Password in the appropriate boxes, then click on
the "Login" button. |

Step 3
After clicking the "Login" button, you will be taken to a "Welcome" screen.
Click on the "reports" link in the upper, right navigation. |

Step 4
After clicking on the "reports" link, a box will pop-up asking "Do
you want to display the non secure items?". Click "Yes". |

Step 5
Click on the drop-down menu labeled "Account" and select the
account that you wish to view. You do not need to be concerned with the
other drop-down menu "Output Methods" or the check-box "Include
Individual Detail". These are options that you may wish to explore
later. |

Step 6
After choosing the account that you wish to view from the drop-down menu "Account",
click on the billing date to see all of the telephone lines for which you
are responsible. |

Step 7
Click on the subscriber name to view the detailed telephone bill. |

Step 8
After clicking on the subscriber name, a pop-up window will appear displaying
the telephone account details. Use the scroll bar to navigate the window. |

Step 9
When you have finished reviewing the telephone account details, close the
pop-up window and and click on the "logout" link in the upper,
right-hand navigation. |

Step 10
This is what you will see when you have successfully logged out. |

When you have finished viewing
your telephone statement, you can proceed to the COE Budgets
page and use the "Commit" link to accept or accept
with exceptions the charges.
