Purchasing Supplies

The Office of Instructional Support offers assistance in the procurement of instructional supplies, including office supplies, for Faculty/Staff members in the College of Education.

Emergency Supplies - Emergency supplies are stocked in the Services Center. Stop by the Services Center, Room 275 to fill out the Emergency Supply Form and pick supplies up. The form requires a department fund number for processing. See list below of in-stock emergency supplies.

Non-Emergency Supplies - All other non-emergency supplies can be ordered through the University of South Carolina supplier in your individual department.

• FSI: Supplies can be ordered on their web site www.fsioffice.com. (A username and a password is required.) To obtain a username and password, contact Vanese Scott at the Purchasing Department, 777-4115, and ask for a Department Authorization Form.
  
  
• Consolidated Services: White multi-purpose paper by the case can be ordered here on campus through Consolidated Services. Use their form, then call to get the current prices. Once the form is completed, fax or mail the completed form to them. Also, purchase HP toner cartridges, both new and refurbished through them. Contact Consolidated Services at 777-3884 if you have any questions.

Bulk Ordering - Scantrons, USC mailing labels, and USC/COE letterhead and envelopes can be ordered in bulk through the Office of Instructional Support's Service Center. The bulk price recognizes a significant savings over ordering in smaller amounts. Please see the Service Center for purchasing these items.
