Services Center
The Instructional Support Services Center is located next to the
Training Center and is the place for faculty, staff, and students to obtain instructional
materials. Some of the services available through the Office of Instructional Support
Services Center include the procurement of instructional supplies and office supplies;
printing and copying; the loan of equipment to faculty to enhance their instruction;
the procurement and record keeping of software licenses; and mail services for the
College.
Mailing and Shipping - Mail and shipping
services are provided at the Services Center for Faculty/Staff. All incoming and
outgoing mail at the College of Education is distributed twice per day to each individual
department and available at the Services Center for pick-up between 8:00 a.m. and
5:00 p.m. on weekdays. Incoming (only) shipping can be delivered and picked up here.
Mail courier service is provided once a day from the Services Center mail window to four locations on campus. All of the locations are closely affiliated with our programs. This courier service is provided for items which require same day delivery.

Copying and Printing - Custom duplicate
copies are produced for College of Education Faculty/Staff. In addition, students
are allowed to print from the public computing lab in 274 to the Services Center.
There is a fee for these services.
Purchasing Supplies - Emergency supplies
can be purchased by Faculty/Staff from a limited inventory. Other supplies can be
ordered through FSI or Corporate Express in individual departments.
Multimedia Support -
Equipment for Instructional Use - Multimedia equipment is available
to Faculty/Staff for check out to enhance classroom instruction. Advance reservations
are required and quantity is limited.
Application Software - Assistance is
provided to Faculty/Staff to purchase, register and use software that is supported
by the University and the College of Education.
