Faculty and Staff
Once you have your laptop powered up, open up a web browser. You will be automatically redirected to a USC web page which requires you to enter your USC user name and password. Then, you will be redirected to a download site for Cisco, Clean Access, and VPN Clients. Follow the directions. If you are unable to complete the installation, proceed to the Further Instructions for Faculty and Staff below.

Instructions for Students
Students who want access to the University wireless network available in Wardlaw should take their laptop to the UTS iCARE Center, located off the main lobby of the Computer Services Building on the corner of Blossom and Sumter Streets.
To schedule a session in the UTS iCARE Center, please register for a session at iCARE on the following page:

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Students who have not registered for a session will be allowed only if seats are available and assisted on a first-come, first-serve basis. These students will still need to register once they arrive at the iCARE Center. Please read over the required procedures and requirements which are listed on the iCare page before registering
for an iCARE Center session.
Once students have registered their machines with iCARE, they can be used anywhere on the University campus.
