Getting Started
- How to Load the Plug-in for Adobe Presenter
1. Login to Adobe Connect (http://breeze.sc.edu) with your username and password.
2. Access the installer by clicking the Getting Started link on the Adobe Connect Manager home page.
3. Under the Publish Presentation section (you may have to scroll down a bit), click on the Install Adobe Presenter link.
4. The plugin will now install with PowerPoint 2007 (as well as earlier versions), but it will prompt you to save your presentation as a ppt 97-2003 before allowing you to record audio.
Also, the first time you enter an Adobe Connect meeting room, it will ask you to install an add-in so that you can share screens, etc. A box will appear in the upper right corner of your screen. Click install. It only takes a few seconds.

- TROUBLESHOOTING: Breeze 5 and PowerPoint 2007 (Posted on March 6, 2007)
There are some issues concerning Breeze 5 and PowerPoint 2007 running
on Windows XP. If you attempt to install the Breeze plug-in for
PowerPoint after installing PowerPoint 2007 you will receive the
following error message: Error - Unable to detect Microsoft PowerPoint.
You must have
PowerPoint installed on this machine prior to running this
installation program. If the Breeze plug-in for PowerPoint is already installed on your
computer and you upgrade from PowerPoint 2003 to PowerPoint 2007, the
Breeze plug-in will work. However, the default file extension for
PowerPoint
2007 is pptx. This extension is not recognized by Breeze. You will
need to
save your presentation as PowerPoint 97-2003 with the file extension of
ppt.
Please call TTS at 777-6015 or email bbsupport@sc.edu if you need
