Driving Directions From Locations in South Carolina:
 From Columbia Metropolitan Airport
Turn right out of the airport terminal and follow the airport access road taking the right fork just past the parking lot. The access road will lead you to U.S. 302 or Airport Boulevard. Airport Blvd. intersects with Knox Abbott Drive at the K-Mart. Follow Knox Abbott Drive through West Columbia and after crossing the Congaree River Bridge, the road becomes Blossom Street. Stay in the left lane and follow Blossom Street until you reach Main Street. Turn left, proceed 2 blocks and Wardlaw College will be on your immediate right, between Greene and College Streets on Main Street.

- Take I-20 East toward Columbia
- Take US-76 East via Exit 64A toward Columbia
- Take the HUGER Street exit
- Turn Right onto ASSEMBLY Street
- Turn Left onto COLLEGE Street

- Take I-20 West toward Columbia
- Take SC-277 South
- SC-277 South turns into BULL Street; continue on BULL Street
- Turn Right on GERVAIS Street

- Take I-77 South toward Columbia
- Merge onto SC-277 South toward I-20 W/Columbia/Augusta
- SC-277 South turns into BULL Street; continue on BULL Street
