A Note About Free Registrations ...
The NNER Governing Council has authorized three free conference registrations for each NNER setting. In order to best steward the resources of the NNER, the following rules and procedures will apply to these free registrations:
1. The three free registrations must be received together, accompanied by a letter from the setting contact indicating that the attached registrations constitute all of the free registrations being submitted.
2. Substitutions among free registrations will NOT be permitted. Please confirm all participants prior to submitting the free registrations.
3. Free registrations must be postmarked no later than September 1, 2010. No free registrations will be accepted after this date.
4. Should free registrations be received without adherence to the above, they will be returned to the sender and not considered registered for the conference.
