schools and libraries are also acceptable methods of payment.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your registration prior to April 18 th , your registration fee minus
a $15 handling charge will be refunded. No refunds will be made if notification
is received after the conference has begun. Requests for registration refunds must
be made in writing to:
