It is an honor and a pleasure to be conducting research and teaching courses in the Leadership Program at USC. I am beginning my first year and am working primarily in the areas of Instructional Supervision, Program Evaluation and Decision Making, and Policy Development.

     Before coming to USC, I taught at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.  Along with courses listed above, I also taught courses in  School Law, Ethics and Politics, and Mentoring.

       I continue being committed to working in school settings providing staff development and support for our many committed leaders and teachers in the state.
