The Department of Instruction and Teacher Education is dedicated to fulfilling the vision and mission of the College of Education by providing exemplary instruction, scholarship, and outreach addressing the instruction and professional development of teachers, both pre- and in-service.
The diverse faculty members of the department maintain undergraduate and graduate programs leading to teacher certification, masters and specialist degrees, and the doctorate.
