CREATING A WORK ORDER FOR COMPUTER SUPPORT

If you are having problems with your computer (computer won't start, you can't print, you cannot connect to the internet, etc.), point your browser to http://www.ed.sc.edu/oit/workorder/OITWorkorder.asp and fill out a work order providing detailed information about the problem. Someone from the Office of Information Technology will contact you within 24 hours.
