Office of Accreditation and Quality Assurance
This office serves the entire PEU by maintaining accreditation through the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE) and approved lists of programs with the SC State Department of Education and the SC Commission on Higher Education. This office also submits Federal and State reports; maintains the Professional Education Unit's assessment s system; and administers national, graduate, employer, and other internal office surveys.
