EXPRESSING RELIABILITY
Reliability takes on values between zero to one, much like a correlation coefficient.
A reliability of 0 means the observed score consists entirely of error components.
A reliability of 1 means the observed score consists of both true scores & error components and their reliabilities are less than 1.
The reliability of a testing procedure can never be a negative #.
