Create a Thematic Curriculum Unit with integrated technology, include at least ten lessons or activity plans. The thematic unit can be developed with daily lessons, weekly activities that might be used throughout a semester, or lessons for each content area.Technology Enhanced Curriculum
Review the Yearly Curriculum for any grade level. For at least two of the themes covered develop computer activities to accompany each theme. Include at least five technology based lesson plans for each theme. You can also choose more themes and do fewer lessons for each theme as long as you include at least ten lessons total.Technology Activities and Curriculum Standards
Review standards for any grade from one of the local school districts or search the web to locate standards. Develop at least ten lessons that integrate technology into language arts, math, science or social studies standards.

listed in toobox table format. Include all software & web pages used/recommended.
All listed should be included in lesson plans, unless listed as a teacher

| Annotated List of Activities/lessons (10) | List 10 activity titles and technology used. Write one sentence summarizing the lesson and describing the use of technology as a tool to meet the objective. | Assessment (5) | Include performance based assessment in rubric format for technology and overall content. Related to the overall goals for the unit as well as considering specific objectives you have stated for each lessons and the standards for the unit. I suggest using Rubistar to assist in formatting your rubric. http://rubistar.4teachers.org | |||

| Formatting (10) | Document is formatted appropriately and organized in a graphically pleasing manner. A suggestion to create a magazine type document or newspaper format to conserve space and make it Make sure the unit is formatted neatly and with a uniform appearance with appropriate font to emphasize headers and dividers. Do not waste space, for example, rearrange pages to put two half pages together. Fix margins to put all of one topic on the same page. Do not leave widows or orphans. Add clip art or photos to enhance appearance. Consider tables, textboxes, or columns to adjust number of pages or use Microsoft Publisher. The maximum number of pages in unit should be about 12 with all other materials in the appendix. Be creative to achieve this goal. Input page numbers with the word processor function, not by hand. Submit unit on disk, jump drive or CD. Combine lessons and documents as appropriate for easy transfer. | |||
| Presentation (10) | Introduce your unit by presenting a concept or teaching lesson using PowerPoint. Present one additional activity for your unit demonstrating software, interactive web site or TrackStar related to the unit. |
