Begin review of units.
Explore topics for your unit and review units from previous classes.
List the three units reviewed. Write one paragraph or list bullet points
providing comments about all units. Post comments on the discussion
board. Review project guidelines at:
http://www.ed.sc.edu/caw/edex750proj.html
Skill 1 Write a lesson plan: Using the template
for a UDL lesson, create one lesson plan geared specifically to students
in your area of focus.
Review CEC guidelines for special education teachers related to your
area of focus.
For this semester you must choose a topic that is not a specific content
area, but a topic that could be a "hook" for students and
could be used to teach reading, math, science or social studies. Consider
ideas such as cars, rock music, pirates, sci-fi, designer clothing,
Movie stars, living on your own, cooking dinner etc. Your topic &
unit should be developed for your target audience (LD, EBD, MM, or Severe)

Work on your unit: expand your web toolbox, start your software toolbox,
work on your pages for standards, Remember that when you finish all
the skills you will have a lesson done for word, graphic organizer,
Smartboard, powerpoint, Excel, Trackstar and either a blog or a wiki.
That makes 7 lessons so you can work on creating the extra three you
will need in your final unit too - there has to be 10 and they all have
to use technology.
