The South Carolina Educational Policy Center (SCEPC) reflects educational policy research to South Carolinians, interested educators, and educational policy makers throughout the southeast and the nation. The SCEPC, now in its 12th year of operation, researches policy issues related to prekindergarten through high school and postsecondary education and disseminates that information to educational decision makers at all levels. The SCEPC is housed within the Department of Educational Leadership and Policies of the University of South Carolina's College of Education.
