Dr. Diane M. Monrad, Director, SCEPC

I am a clinical associate professor in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policies of the University of South Carolina College of Education. My areas of teaching are educational policy and assessment, and my research expertise is in the areas of program evaluation, educational policy analysis, and evaluation issues at the state and federal level.
